We offer Internship opportunities for those motivated to begin a career in executive search. We provide an immersive training programme with continuous attention to your development throughout your entire career. Our interns receive training in market leading approaches to proactively seek out impressive candidates. There is a special focus on mapping out your career path from your first day, and how to climb the career ladder to achieve the goals you have set for yourself.

Consultants

Consultants who join us can immediately take advantage of our impressive customer list within Technology, Professional Services, Banking, Financial Services, Strategy & Consulting. This position focuses on delivery management, maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients. Our consultants enjoy a fast-track option to promotion through exceeding billings on a quarterly basis. Teamed with an experienced Senior Leadership Team we are able to provide real opportunity to build your own desk and surpass your own targets consistently. This position offers Leadership training for those who want to pursue team management.

Managing Principals

Our Managing Principals are heavily involved in the steerage of our strategic planning. Focusing on expanding our key relationships globally, accountability for completely new business units and the mentorship of team members to help facilitate growth. Our MPs come to us with typically minimum 5 years’ experience in Executive Search with a focus on Professional Services/Management Consulting. We work closely with our MPs to secure their position as a member of the Senior Leadership team with clear objectives.
